As you may have heard, little helicopter robots are getting more and more intelligent. They have what is known as swarm intelligence – just like ants, a single ant is not very clever, but as a team, they can get much done.

These flying robots can enter buildings, scan it with lasers, and create a 3D map of the interior. They can also fly in formation and change that formation as needed by the environment they fly in. And yes, they can play the James Bond Theme. It doesn’t sound like Monty Norman’s version, but it is very easy to recognize the tune.
